Eagle's Perch on Lake Willoughby Eagle’s Perch – have you seen them? Willoughby is now home to several pairs and they can be observed from the Eagle Perch dock. This location is a wonderful quiet spot to sit by the water, sun bath on the dock then jump into the lake, or take a quick paddle to cool off. The Log Home is well cared for and renovated to add a loft and a second bedroom on the second floor. All natural pine wood interior and simple but comfortable furnishings. The wood setting for the home keeps it nice and cool and the open porch is wonderful to just convene with nature or read a book. The path to the dock is earthen and easily maneuverable. Half way down is a large area to sit around a campfire. The house is an open setting on the main floor with a bedroom and full bath. Stairs to the 2nd floor land you in the open loft with lots of light and the another bedroom and ½ bath. The beds are a double on the main floor, a queen on the second floor loft area and a double in the bedroom. We provide a propane outdoor grill, one canoe and one kayak. Outdoor chairs on the dock. The Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. Dishes and utensils, pots and pans for 6. No TV but Internet. Upstairs in the loft you will find a DVD player and monitor. Landline phone for local outgoing calls or any incoming coming calls available. Weekly rental rate is $1,800 Saturday to Saturday, 10% Sales Tax, $175 cleaning fee, $125 Booking Fee, no garbage fee, $500 refundable security deposit. No pets allowed.
