COUNTRY COMFORT COTTAGE
Just .3 of a mile to Lake Willoughby, enjoy this vacation cottage with its private setting that includes a well maintained lawn. This vacation cottage includes a full kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils for cooking. Enjoy the screened porch with table and chairs for easy dining. This cottage also includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double size bed. The one full bath is complete with a claw foot bathtub with shower.
A small fire pit with two chairs is available for use by renters in the yard. This cottage has well water that is tested and is safe for drinking and also includes a gas Rinnai heater with an electric hot water tank. Internet is provided by Starlink. There are two off road parking spaces. The owner provides sheets, blankets, bedspreads, mattress cover, and pillows as well as two bath towels, hand and wash clothes per person. Other items provided by owner: hand soap, bar soap, dish soap, plastic trash bags, cleaning supplies, two rolls of toilet paper, two boxes of tissue paper, two rolls of paper towels.
