EAGLE'S PERCH

Eaagle's Perch- Have you ever seen them? Willoughby is now home to several pairs and they can be observed from the Eagle's Perch dock.

This location is a wonderful spot to sit by the water, sunbathe on the deck, then jump into the lake or take a quick paddle to cool off.

The log home is well cared for and renovated with the inclusion of a loft and a second bedroom on the second floor. All natural pine interior is decorated with simple but comfortable furnishings.

The wood setting for the home keeps it nice and cool and the open porch is wonderful to just convene with nature or read a book. The path to the dock is earthen and easily maneuverable. Halfway down is a large area to sit around a campfire. The house has an open setting on the main floor with a bedroom and full bath. Stairs to the second floor land you in the open loft with lots of light and another bedroom with 1/2 bath. The beds are a double on the main floor, a queen on the second floor loft area, and a double in the second floor bedroom.

We provide a properane outdoor grill, one canoe and one kayak. Outdoor chairs are out on the dock. The kitchen has a stove, refridgerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Also available are dishes, utensils, pots and pans, for six. No TV but Internet is available. Upstairs in the loft you will find a dvd player and monitor. Landline phone for local outgoing calls or any incoming calls is available.

Weekly Rental Rate - $1,800 Saturday to Saturday, 13% State and Local Taxes and Surcharge Fee, $175 Cleaning fee, $125 Booking Fee, $500 Refundable Security Deposit, no garbage fee. No pets allowed.
