THE PINES

The Andeson cottage is in a third generation of ownership. The home is used by the owners but they are willing to share it with renters during the summer.

The house is a wonderful two story home with a wrap around sunroom/porch. The porch has mostly windows with screens. Sitting on a half acre piece of property that has a garage and boathouse, the large lawn is suitable for outdoor play and gathering. The water's edge has a flagstone patio and dock. There is no beach with sand but a gradual drop in the water. More suitable for children who can stand in water up to three feet.

The three bedroom and full bath are located on the second floor. The center staircase and hall are furbished with a beautiful wood that comprises the walls and floor. The bedrooms extend off this hallway. A full bath with tub is also on this floor.

The large livingroom has a wonderful stone fireplace with lots of chairs to sit around and enjoy one's company. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and nice lighting. The home does have Internet and telephone but no television reception. Linens and towels are not provided. We do have local garbage and recycling pickup once a week.

Plenty of parking for four cars. Bring your own boating equipment.

Weekly Rental Rate - $2,400 Plus 13% State and Local Taxes and Surcharge Fee, $125 Booking fee, $175 Cleaning fee, no garbage fee.
