DEVEREAUX COTTAGE

This beautifully restored camp sits right on the lake with a dock and a beach. The camp is located on a private area of the lake and in a private location. This is a rare opportunity to rent at Willoughby.

A large screened in porch overlooking the lake is an ideal place for family dinners and relaxation. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bed and 2 queen, a full bath downstairs with a 1/2 bath on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recommend bottled water but tap water is filtered from a good spring. The livingroom includes a propane fireplace if needed. We provide satellite TV, DVD player, Internet, stereo system, and land line telephone, propane outdoor grill and a canoe for your use. There is also limited use of a washer/dryer (due to spring water).

Outside is a small dock for launching canoes, kayaks, and swimming. Boathouse is open for your use. We provide 1 canoe and 2 kayaks. Cottage occupies 6 persons. Availability from June through September.

Weekly Rental Rate - $2,400 Plus 13% State and Local Taxes and Surcharge fee, $125 Booking fee, $175 Cleaning fee, $500 refundable Security Deposit, no garbage fee.
