The private home is a 3 story modern building, with bedrooms on the main floor, full kitchen, bath, sitting area with a propane stove and deck on the 2nd floor. The open setting gives you a feeling of living right on the water though this home is not water front.

Kitchen is fully equipped.
BONUS -Includes a private 20ft beach frontage equipped with shared dock and mooring for a 20ft boat.
